Охидод хүч хэрэглэн, биеийг нь үнэлүүлсэн хэргүүдийг прокурорт шилжүүлжээ

Эрүүгийн цагдаагийн албанаас охидод хүч хэрэглэн, биеийг нь үнэлүүлсэн гурван хэргийг шүүхэд шилжүүлэх саналтайгаар прокурорын байгууллагад хүргүүлжээ. 

 

 

1. Нэр бүхий иргэд насанд хүрээгүй хоёр эмэгтэйг хууран мэхэлж, эмзэг байдлыг нь далимдуулан, хүч хэрэглэж, хүч хэрэглэхээр заналхийлж, улмаар 2023 оны 01 дүгээр сараас хойш Баянгол, Баянзүрх, Сонгинохайрхан дүүргийн нутаг дэвсгэрт бусдад биеийг нь үнэлүүлсэн гэх үйлдэлд иргэн “Н”, “Т” нарыг холбогдуулан Эрүүгийн хуулийн 12.6 дугаар зүйлийн 2 дахь хэсэгт зааснаар эрүүгийн хэрэг үүсгэж, яллагдагчаар татан мөрдөн шалгах ажиллагаа явуулж дуусчээ. 

 

2. Нэр бүхий иргэд бүлэглэн насанд хүрээгүй дөрвөн эмэгтэйн эмзэг байдлыг далимдуулан 2022 оны 10-11 дүгээр сарын хооронд бусдад биеийг нь үнэлүүлж, хүн худалдаалах гэмт хэргийг хүндрүүлэх нөхцөл байдалтайгаар үйлдсэн гэх хэрэгт “Н” нарын зургаан хүнд холбогдуулан Эрүүгийн хуулийн 13.1 дүгээр зүйлийн 2 дахь хэсгийн 2.1, 2.2 хэсэгт тус тус зааснаар эрүүгийн хэрэг үүсгэж яллагдагчаар татан мөрдөн шалгах ажиллагаа явуулж, хэргийг шүүхэд шилжүүлэх саналтай прокурорт хүргүүлжээ.

 

3. Нэр бүхий иргэд 2023 оны 03 дугаар сарын 25-наас 26-нд шилжих шөнө Баянгол дүүргийн нутаг дэвсгэрт байрлах зочид буудалд насанд хүрээгүй эмэгтэй хүнийг бусдад зуучлан, бусдын зуучилсан эмэгтэй 16 насанд хүрээгүй болохыг мэдсээр байж бэлгийн харьцаанд орсон үйлдэлд БНХАУ-ын нэг иргэн болон зуучилсан Монгол Улсын иргэн “Х”, “Э” нарт холбогдуулан Эрүүгийн хуулийн 13.1 дүгээр зүйлийн 1 дэх хэсэг, мөн хуулийн 12.5 дугаар зүйлийн 1 дэх хэсэгт тус тус зааснаар эрүүгийн хэрэг үүсгэж, яллагдагчаар татан мөрдөн шалгах ажиллагаа явуулж, хэргийг шүүхэд шилжүүлэх саналтай прокурорт хүргүүлсэн байна.
