УИХ-ын Ерөнхий хяналтын сонсголын дүнгээр хайгуулын ажлыг дэмжих чиглэл гаргав

Төрийн ордонд 2025 оны есдүгээр сарын 23-нд “Халзан бүрэгтэй орд газрын ашиглалт, байгаль орчинд үзүүлэх сөрөг нөлөөлөл, эрсдэлийг нарийвчлан судлах” сэдвээр Ерөнхий хяналтын сонсгол зохион байгууллаа. Сонсголыг УИХ-ын гишүүн Б.Баярбаатар даргалсан бөгөөд төрийн болон төрийн бус байгууллага, орон нутгийн төлөөлөл, иргэд, шинжээчид зэрэг 130 гаруй хүн оролцов.

ХАЙГУУЛЫН ҮЙЛ АЖИЛЛАГААНД СӨРӨГ НӨЛӨӨ ИЛРЭЭГҮЙ

Сонсголын явцад төрийн байгууллагууд, шинжээчдийн дүгнэлтээр “Халзан бүрэгтэй” ордод одоогоор ямар нэг байгаль орчны ноцтой сөрөг нөлөө илрээгүй болох нь тогтоогдлоо.

Халзан бүрэгтэй орд нь уран бус, газрын ховор элементийн орд юм.

Одоогоор зөвхөн хайгуулын шатанд ажиллаж байгаа бөгөөд ашиглалт эхлээгүй.

Цацрагийн хэмжээ 1.67 микрозиверт/цаг – хүний эрүүл мэнд, мал амьтанд нөлөөлөх түвшнээс доогуур.

Малын гажигтай төл гарсан гэх мэдээлэл цацрагаас шалтгаалаагүй, нотолгоо байхгүй гэж шинжилгээгээр дүгнэв.

Ус, хөрсний бохирдлын шинж тэмдэг илрээгүй.

Сонсголын дүгнэлтээр гаргасан гол санал:

Цацрагийн лаборатори, хяналтын чадавхыг орон нутагт нэмэгдүүлэх.

“Халзан бүрэгтэй” ордод диспрози, терби, ниодим, паразиоди зэрэг өндөр технологийн бүтээгдэхүүнд ашиглагддаг үнэт элементүүд агуулагддаг. Эдгээр нь цахилгаан машин, сэргээгдэх эрчим хүчний тоног төхөөрөмж, хүнд үйлдвэрийн гол түүхий эд юм.
